Are the vending machines really free?
Yes! All vending machines are our responsibility to maintain and stock. You just provide us with the space to place them and enjoy your favorite snacks and drinks.
How quickly can a vending machine be installed?
We place machines when we have a defined location. This reduces our storage needs, and ensures that you are getting a machine that best fits your requirements. Delivery and installation times vary, but we expect 2 – 4 weeks on average to allow for a machine to be installed and ready to serve you.
What items can be offered within the vending machine?
Traditional vending machines can only take regular snacks and drinks. Our new smart vending machines can be stocked with anything that fits! From drinks and snacks to sunscreen, tide pods, or even medicine! Let us know what special items you need to offer, and we will make it available.
How much space is needed to place a vending machine?
Vending machines come in many shapes and sizes. When we meet to review your space and needs, we can find a machine that best fits your space and needs. In general, a single machine needs to have about 3 feet by 3 feet of space and access to an electrical outlet.
How many vending machines can be placed at a location?
Depending on your businesses needs, we can provide multiple types of machines that provide the products and amenities you are looking for.
Can you choose what to include in a vending machine?
Absolutely! We want to ensure your favorite items are always available. We try to balance new items with established favorites so that we can cater to everyone’s needs.
What type of contract is required for a vending machine?
We do have a written agreement between our businesses to keep all items and expectations clear and defined. We do not have any contract length agreements if you choose to move on from our vending service.
Are the vending machines insured?
We carry our own general liability insurance and also insure our machines. You do not have to worry about any insurance items. If you require a certificate of insurance, we are happy to provide one to you and will also share them with you when our policies renew.
What payment types are available?
Our vending machines are all equipped with credit card scanners. Making it easy and convenient for everyone to get the items they need. Cashless vending is out priority, but if you want to offer payment methods with cash and coins, we can provide that option as well.
How often are the vending machines restocked?
Every location varies depending on the type and amount of restocking that is required. We work to find a good pattern that keeps fresh food and drinks available so that your first choice is always available.
